The arts continue to influence and shape the world we live in by educating us and increasing our social awareness through creative expression. A world without artistic expression is a world without imagination. A world without imagination is a world without progress. The power to dream inspires the power to create and move us forward into the future. Through artistic expression, we develop a thoughtful mind that seeks to question, understand and evaluate the world around us. We create a lens through which we stand back, observe and see our world - the past, the present, and the future. By continuing to support the arts, we continue to create a world that influences and inspires through music, literature, art and film. The Pan Gregorian Fund seeks to support "art for arts sake" and art for a better and more progressive tomorrow.
The New York Film Festival
The mission of the New York City Greek Film Festival is to establish a presence for Greek films in New York City and environs. The festival aspires to bring the best work of Greek filmmakers, past and present, to New York and to show the films in the most up-to-date screening facilities.
Working in an economic environment that makes the financing of motion pictures particularly difficult, today’s Greek filmmakers are reinventing themselves and enlivening the critical discourse. They are drawing the attention of audiences worldwide and winning major awards at international film festivals.
The New York City Greek Film Festival is proud to be a part of this exciting renaissance and is committed to bringing these films to New York and to the world’s most discriminating audience.
frank sinatra school of the arts
The Frank Sinatra School of the Arts is a performing arts high school in Astoria, Queens as part of the New York City Department of Education. The school, founded by Tony Bennett, is a major arts high school in New York City offering High School Diplomas in six arts majors including fine art, dance, vocal and instrumental music, drama, and film. Each studio has its own dedicated teachers, classrooms, ensembles, and performances/exhibitions where students may showcase their work to the public. All students must audition for admission.
Students in every Studio/Major are also allowed to audition for the Musical Theatre elective class, who in the past have put on performances such as The King and I, Anything Goes, The Secret Garden, Carousel, Footloose the musical, Little Shop of Horrors, and in March 2015, Jonathan Larson's RENT. Students can also apply for the Stage Craft elective class that teaches the students to work as crew for schools productions and technical theater.

The American-Hellenic Chamber of Commerce strives for continuous improvement of American-Hellenic commercial and financial relations, through increased membership and through organization of top-quality events, exhibitions, fora, seminars, and networking events.
